Build a Weekly Amazon Account Health Review That Leads to Action

Turn account notices, service signals, product issues, and open cases into a short owner-based operating routine.

What should a weekly account review accomplish?

It should identify new risks early, prevent notices from being missed, and keep open issues moving toward a documented resolution. The goal is not to copy every dashboard number into another spreadsheet.

Review four operating queues

  • Account and policy notifications that require acknowledgement or action.
  • Service and fulfillment signals that changed materially from the prior review.
  • Suppressed, stranded, restricted, or otherwise unavailable products.
  • Open support cases, submitted evidence, promised follow-ups, and unresolved deadlines.

Prioritize by consequence and deadline

Rank issues using customer impact, revenue exposure, inventory value, time sensitivity, and the possibility of broader account consequences. A small issue with a short response window may need attention before a larger but stable operational problem.

Close only after independent verification

Do not mark an item complete merely because information was submitted. Confirm the account notice, listing state, customer experience, and financial effect that should have changed. Save the outcome so the next review starts with a reliable history.

VERIFICATION NOTE

Official sources and review method

This guide is an independent editorial explanation. Worked amounts are examples, not current account quotes. Verify live fees, eligibility, policy, and interface behavior in your own account before acting.
